What are your rates?

We charge $125 per hour for equipment repairs.

Do you charge for travel?

• Travel within Beltway 8 is billed at $105 per hour.

• Travel outside Beltway 8 is billed at $125 per hour.

• If travel exceeds one hour, we bill for travel time.

• If travel exceeds an hour and a half, we bill for travel both ways (to and from downtown Houston).

Do you service all types of coffee machines?

• We do not work on Breville machines.

• We do not work on super-automatic machines (machines that grind, brew, and froth with one touch).

• We specialize in traditional espresso equipment and can perform repairs if parts are available.

What is your warranty on repairs?

All repairs come with a 30-day warranty.

What is your warranty on new equipment?

New equipment purchases include a 1-year warranty.

What can void the warranty?

The warranty may be voided if damage is caused by:

• Misuse of the equipment

• Poor quality or unfiltered water
